3. Products

  • All products are handmade, so slight variations may occur.

  • Colours in images may appear slightly different due to lighting/screen differences.

  • Product availability can change without notice.

4. Orders

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation.

  • Candyflow may cancel orders if address is incomplete, unreachable, or if courier service is not available in your area.

5. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in INR.

  • Prices may update anytime without prior notice.

6. Payments

We support:

  • UPI

  • Debit/Credit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Wallets

  • Cash on Delivery (COD available for selected locations)

7. Shipping

  • Free Delivery across India for retail customers

  • Shipping charges apply for B2B bulk orders

  • Delivery time: 4–8 business days depending on location

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Wrong product received

  • Damaged product received

Return request must include:

  • Unboxing video + photos

  • Raised within 24 hours of delivery

Refunds are processed within 4–7 business days (if approved).

9. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • Once shipped → cancellation not allowed.

Candyflow is not responsible for:

  • Courier delays

  • Incorrect addresses provided by customer

  • Damage after delivery

13. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes fall under Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh jurisdiction.
